At 9:15 P. M. former Newtown Police Officer Dan Cacace left executive session.
At 9:32 P. M., the Board left executive session.
At 9:33 P. M. Commissioner Giannini moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Finnegan, unanimously passed by the Board.
